A Refreshing Perspective

Just a quick post tonight.

As we were leaving Arizona we pulled into the San Simon rest area for a much needed potty stop.

There was a man standing outside his car making joyful noises. “Whoo! Wow! YAY!”

At first we thought a bit odd. We took turns letting Princess read a fee “pee mails”. As we started walking back to our truck, the man exchanged hellos and how ya doing tonight. we paused to say hello and it started a beautiful conversation. Little things like that can make your day (or 7:30 at night) and bring back some faith in humanity in the crazy times we live in.
